When I first began to struggle with my mental health I found it difficult to know who to talk to or how to open up about it.
Friends around me had either not opened up about their anxiety or depression or had never suffered with it.
At the time I wanted to hear real lived experiences, I had so many questions I didn’t know the answers to which ultimately made me feel worse
.

I hope in this blog you find the answers to questions which will help ease your mind, let you know your worth and that there is hope.

This blog is split into two sides.
One side focuses on how to help you thrive in life (when you are ready for that).
The other is designed to help you tackle your mental health with strategies I found to work.
